Santorini is a family restaurant on Harrison Avenue in the heart of Cheviot — the kind of place where the gyro is carved fresh, the pancakes come fluffy, and the regulars get a wave at the door.

We named ourselves after the island our family loves most: the whitewashed cliffs, the blue domes, the sun-warmed tomatoes and briny olives. We brought that flavor here, then paired it with American diner classics so everyone at the table finds something they love.

From souvlaki and spanakopita to chili 5-ways and chopped sirloin burgers, every plate goes out the way we'd serve it to family. Because in this restaurant, that's pretty much who you are.
